Tommy Yewcic was someone who devoted his life to changing the landscape for Arlington Athletics. As a multi-sport coach for multiple decades, he exemplified hardwork, determine, and most importantly, culture.

We hope you join us in celebrating Tommy’s legacy, if not for the love of golf, then for the love of Arlington Youth Athletics.

I am sincerely honored to serve as President this year.  It is my goal to increase membership and continue to carry out the decades-long Touchdown Club’s purpose and mission to promote the physical and social welfare of the youth of Arlington as well as to promote fellowship and sociability among the members.

During my stewardship, we hope to highlight our legacy through different media to grow membership and promote the proud fact that we are the only organization in Arlington that donates generously to all youth sports, all ages, both boys and girls…and has been for 80 years!

And we gather at our dinner meetings which are always very social and entertaining.  We take pride in our unique dinner-meeting format.  After all, we invite speakers from all over the world of Boston area sports, from Hall of Fame athletes, and nationally known journalists, to acclaimed sports coaching and media personalities.

We’d love for all of you to attend these fun evenings as often as you can, and bring friends!
