2026 October Speaker - Aerin Frankel

Aerin Frankel is one of the premier goaltenders in women’s hockey, competing professionally for the Boston Fleet and internationally for Team USA.

Aerin developed into an elite goaltender at Shattuck-St. Mary’s, where she helped her teams win three national championships. She continued her career at Northeastern University, becoming one of the most accomplished players in program history. She finished her collegiate career with school records in wins, shutouts, save percentage, goals-against average, games played, and minutes played, while earning Hockey East Goaltender of the Year three consecutive times.

Aerin joined the professional ranks following college and became one of the first players signed by PWHL Boston, now the Boston Fleet, in 2023. She has also represented the United States internationally, earning a Gold Medal with Team USA.

During the 2025–26 season, Aerin recorded eight regular-season shutouts and a .953 save percentage, earning two of the league’s top honors: the Billie Jean King MVP Award and PWHL Goaltender of the Year Award.
